All Global Hybrid Roofing Solutions Products are manufactured using the proprietary RENOVAR™ material formula, which uses post consumer polyolefin waste plastics, both domestic and commercial.
The RENOVAR Technology produces non-hazardous, environmentally friendly, energy efficient innovative pellets. The technology comprises of mixing post consumer waste polyolefin (HDPE, LDPE, PET etc) in flake form, mixing and blending additional additives such as hardeners, fire retardants, colourants, UV stabilisers etc and converting into pellets. The pellets are extruded using our unique colour process system and inserted into appropriate compression moulds. Compressed, memory activated and conveyed for packaging.
When considering Synthetic Composite Products consideration should be taken in relation to two critical elements:
- Colour Stability
- Product Stability.
Colour Stability
The RENOVAR formulated process satisfies both elements. RENOVAR contains environmentally safe, non-toxic natural earth colour pigments, which contain no man made colourants (that are organic and subject to colour fading), they are lime stable and compatible with all mediums. In-Organic pigments are permanent and unaffected by Ultra Violet. All Global Hybrid Roofing Solutions Products do not rely upon our UV Stabilser for colour protection.
Product Stability
RENOVAR encapsulates the most advanced High Performance Anti-Oxidant UV Light Stabilser, solely to protect the product resins; the manufacturer of this product offers a 50-year warranty, guaranteeing product protection.
By utilising Compression Molding in our manufacturing, this permits and compliments the use of recycled material as well producing an enhanced structurally superior product due to the simplicity of superior memory retention.
